Delete Your Account Data

If you want Mart-24 to delete your account data, including data related to the Instagram auto-DM feature, email [email protected] from your registered email address.

What We Delete

• Your Mart-24 account profile and store-related account data, subject to legal retention requirements
• Instagram auto-DM configuration, including connected Instagram account references and reel-to-product mappings
• Webhook processing records, comment event logs, and automated DM delivery records that we control

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance purposes. Data stored by Instagram, Meta, payment providers, or other third parties is governed by their own policies and deletion processes.

Processing Time

We aim to review deletion requests promptly and complete eligible deletions within a reasonable time after verifying the request.
