3. Service Description

Mart-24 provides an e-commerce platform that allows users to create and manage online stores. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Store creation and customization
• Product management tools
• Payment processing integration
• Order management system
• Analytics and reporting
• Customer support services
• Instagram account connection and social commerce tools
• Auto-DM features that let sellers map reels or posts to product links and send automated direct messages based on comment-triggered workflows

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Mart-24, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Connect only Instagram accounts that you own or are authorized to manage
• Use the auto-DM feature in compliance with Meta, Instagram, and other third-party platform rules and policies
• Ensure that your reel-to-product mappings, product links, message flows, and promoted goods are accurate, lawful, and not misleading
• Obtain any permissions, notices, or consents required for your marketing and customer communication activities

5. Social Commerce and Auto-DM Features

If you use our Instagram auto-DM tools, you authorize Mart-24 to process the account connection, permissions, mappings, comment webhook events, and messaging instructions needed to operate that feature on your behalf.

• You are responsible for the products, links, offers, and claims sent through automated direct messages
• You must not use the feature for spam, abuse, harassment, prohibited products, or deceptive promotions
• We may limit, suspend, or disable the feature if required by platform rules, legal obligations, security concerns, or suspected misuse
• Feature availability may depend on third-party platform uptime, permissions, API access, and policy changes outside our control

6. Payment Terms

For our Premium Plan users:

• Payment is calculated as 2% of your monthly sales
• Payments are processed monthly
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mart-24 and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

We may also suspend or disable access to specific integrations or automation features, including Instagram auto-DM functionality, if third-party platform access changes or we identify misuse, legal risk, or policy violations.

9. Disclaimer

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mart-24 excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms relating to our website and the use of this website.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mart-24, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
