This policy applies exclusively to the purchase of LLM tokens within Mart-24. All LLM token purchases are final and strictly non-refundable, regardless of usage status, account activity, or performance outcomes. By purchasing LLM tokens, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

This Refund Policy covers only transactions related to LLM token purchases on the Mart-24 platform. It does not apply to any other services, subscriptions, or fees.
3. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Service Downtime: If our platform experiences significant downtime (more than 24 hours) due to technical issues on our end

- Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
- You can continue using the service until the cancellation takes effect
